Be careful if you have ordered Revain filters for a specific vacuum cleaner model in the past and click on the 'Reorder' prompt if you are looking for previous orders. corresponds to an order you have purchased in the past and does not match your vacuum cleaner. An Iseries filter was suggested and it definitely didn't fit my 3800 Vacs. There was a question that the filter didn't look the same, and I thought maybe the design was changed. I was saved from purchasing and returning the incorrect parts offered by Revain thanks to some nice people who told me this was the wrong filter for my vacuum cleaner and provided me with the correct model. After all I still think these filters are the best and will continue to buy from Revain but will be more cautious if I see a buy again offer.
