Targeting specific industries is great for our business. They have a great support team as well.
The support team is very friendly and always willing to help out with questions or concerns about our ads. They are also flexible when it comes to scheduling campaigns and helping us get started quickly once we have signed up. Their interface could be more intuitive; sometimes it takes me quite some time to figure out how to do something I want to do (such as change targeting). We're looking at several ad networks but haven't found anything that fits better than targetad yet. Targeting specific industries like manufacturing, healthcare, etc., has been great for our business.
