Review on High Performance, Washable K&N Engine Air Filter: Replacement Filter for 2010-2019 Lexus/Toyota (GS 300, GS 350, IS 300, IS 350, RC 300, RC 350, Vellfire, Alphard, Mark X) - Model 33-2452 by Jason Bolden

I bought this for my 2013 GS 350. The filter fits perfectly and is about 1/3-1/2 the thickness of the OEM filter. When I replaced it I had no engine trouble codes. It's too early to tell if I'm meeting and improving fuel economy, but I'll update this when I have more data. As far as performance goes, it's hard to say as this type of mod will likely add 4hp at most. I'm not sure I can tell the difference between 306 hp. and 310 hp might be a placebo effect, but it feels a little more responsive. I have used K&N filters before and they have never let me down. In the past I haven't driven more than 30,000 miles between cleanings and I check them with oil changes. It's true that oil can dry up, and that's only happened to me when I lived in Arizona, but I haven't encountered this problem since living in Florida.
