Looks like stainless steel to me.
Item just received. I tested it with a strong magnet and it was slightly magnetic. Just like my stainless steel sink. My stainless steel pan was much more magnetic. And my stainless steel dishwasher door wasn't magnetic at all. The electric water heater I plan to use with her is bolted into the bulkhead. The product smells the same as other metal and rubber products that I get from China.
