Not happy at all! Just unpacked and found scuffs, scuffs and holes. Very sad! It looks fine from about 3 feet away, but the flaws aren't just cosmetic, the white back is visible, making the interior wet from rain, ice, snow, and nasty salt. The whole purpose of the cover is to protect the spare tire. I'm not looking forward to the return process just to get a new one that's (hopefully) not defective.
