If you're between sizes, go up one size
My daughter is a size 7 but she is a skinny 7 and can still wear a size 6 in some pants. I initially ordered a smaller size, but then exchanged for a larger one. If you are between sizes I would suggest sizing up. My daughter loves her. They are not too short and not too long. She wears them to dance, under dresses and just for fun around the house.
