Update: The seller contacted me. I have performed the requested tests but the light is not working. Small bags of parts are used to attach the camera to the pole. I told the seller that the battery gets dangerously hot. They offered to send me another of the same or a different model at a discount. I am so confused with this camera. First, the instructions don't make it clear how to set up the camera. It says to attach a float to the camera with fishing line, but the float has no hole. He then says to plug it into the camera's cable. The setup images are dark and do not match the instructions. Second, there are small packages that look like clips, but there are no instructions as to what they are for. The insert lists the contents of the pack, but there is no mention of these sachets. Third, there is a hole in the back of the monitor and there seems to be a place for a stand, but there is no stand in the box. The hole exposes the inside of the monitor. In addition, the battery lasts about 1 hour. I tried to use the camera but the LED doesn't work. Also, the battery gets so hot we had to leave it in the driveway. Tried to contact seller, no response.
