Ok love the Bridgestone E6, good quality, grips turf well, feels soft enough for my corner speed and is a good value. My buddy (not sure about this classification) tells me that I absolutely need E12. I will buy E12 Soft. Nice ball, nice touch but a bit more expensive than my E6. My buddy comes back and says you should have bought the E12 Contact. Of course I'll go and buy 2 dozen. That was my second number one mistake when I listened to my buddy. The bottom line is that you get 30% more contact area with the new dimple design, hence the name. Well, that extra contact area doesn't help the cut heal. It feels a bit harsh, but not that bad. The only thing that bothers me is that the new dimple design looks like there are spots on the surface no matter how the ball is hit. Yesterday I played with two of them (shot 78) and at the end of the day they went in the cunt. To be honest I've never landed with a thin or cranial shot to deal that much damage. Maybe QC hasn't caught up with it yet. But back to E6 and forget about the chips and errors on the E12 contact.
