It works fine on the landline

I use this system in a small office with 6 employees. I have a base station that is connected to Verizon Home Connect, which allows me to use this system with my cell phone account. Specifically, I've connected it to 3 Verizon home devices, allowing the system to function as a 3-line office phone system. In addition to the base unit, we have 2 other desk phones and 3 cordless phones. So everything is fine with the system. It's better suited for home use as it just isn't reliable enough in an office environment to rely on 100%. I have had 1 wireless module fail completely, 3 backup batteries have failed and my headset on my desktop device is intermittent. One day the whole system just crashed for no reason and everything had to be re-synced. The whole system is now about 4 years old and I am seriously considering replacing the whole system due to its quirks. The best thing about this system is its ability to create an inexpensive wireless communication system for an office or large home. The intercom function is really great. Being able to connect it to a Verizon wireless adapter saved me a lot of money compared to a standard landline. Overall, I wish it had a more commercial build and feel, but for the price - and despite the issues - it's a solid buy compared to other more expensive options.
