Great set of pots and pans! I change nonstick sets every 3-5 years, wish I had bought something this good sooner. The fit and finish on them is excellent. Very massive but well balanced. Arrived well packaged and without stains. I used avocado oil to "season" them in the same way as cast iron, this makes them non-stick which lasts for multiple uses. So far I've cooked eggs, pancakes, sauces and roasts at high temperatures and cleaning up was very easy with warm water and a brush. If something burns or is completely discolored, brushing with Bar Keeper's Friend will bring back a new shine. This should be the last set I need and well worth the investment.
