Silicone license plate frame is better than dealer fit
This isn't the type where you just insert the license plate from the side, so it takes a bit of fiddling to get the license plate in there. But once you do that, it fits very well, doesn't obscure the license plate (depending on the state it might even be a requirement) and of course fits exactly what your car wants as a frame for the license plate (in my case, the My niece's CR-V a front plastic piece and rear tailgate; be sure to keep the original screws, the fasteners provided may not work on your vehicle!)
