Extremely poor customer support
The product isn't that bad when it works but the tech support from Epson is really terrible. This device stopped working with "Engine Error" after using it twice. I spent 3 hours on the phone on 2 phone calls because they didn't believe me that the serial number printed on the label of the device is the serial number of the device. This was after they promised to send a replacement. My advice: choose a manufacturer other than Epson to buy a label printer if you think you may need tech support.
