This upgrade is an older version
I ordered this because I need a second ladder hook and I have an excellent previous version (same price) that was made of steel and only used plastic as a finish. The old version was very reliable and I still use it today. I received this new plastic version and was disappointed with the lightweight, cheap build quality. The new version is bad value for money. I installed a new hanger (right next to the old one) and while it works fine now, it doesn't feel entirely solid. I don't expect much in terms of longevity. Little giant, please repost the old model.
