The box was completely crumpled in transit

This is the third time the box was so crumpled in transit that I couldn't use it to store straws. Also this time I received 10" straws instead of the 7.75" straws I ordered. So I used scissors to cut the straws but found the cutting edge was too sharp. Straws, if they are the right size and packed in a box, are fine. But for the reasons mentioned, I will not order them again.
