I purchased these primarily because the handles are round. I had previously purchased a set of steel cooking utensils, but the handles weren't round, they had edges and this was very uncomfortable when wanting to exert any kind if pressure during use. The fact that these are round, solid and steel make them absolutely the best cooking utensils we have ever owned. They're functional and they're durable.
