Didn't work for me either owrk
I tried connecting this without video because I have a keyboard on my lap and can switch monitors with the remote and it doesn't work. There may be something missing from the instructions, but I don't see why this shouldn't work. There was only one power light, but it just wouldn't switch to another port. I had to return it. I'll try another brand in case it was defective.
