Doesn't cut pages, doesn't save time

Works fine but wish it was clearer. It's basically a trimmer. Yes, this creates a hole and a fancy shape around it, but I was expecting to stick a whole piece of paper in and get some tags. Doesn't cut pages. You need to cut and paste it to 1.5, 2 and 2.5 widths. At that moment I could only use a manual punch. It doesn't save me much time.
