Revainrating 5 out of 5

It really makes my workout easier compared to training without it

Of course, this is a manly product, but everything about it is equally good for a chick - and while I'm guessing can who It can be halved, and it'll probably be just as potent for me at my girl size, also surprisingly only has 40 calories, and tastes like an Orange Julius, so I don't always make it half. And that's because this thing WORKS. It doesn't feel like a caffeine boost at all - I find my workout gets easier even if I put the treadmill at the same speed and incline for the same amount of time. It's not really a placebo effect because according to my bodybug I run harder - my endurance lasts longer and I can stay at higher speeds longer. Not out of breath. And that's the most important ingredient. It is designed for both aerobic and anaerobic training. And how? It increases the body's stores of nitric oxide, which increases blood flow to your muscles, transporting other nutrients in a caffeine-free formula to speed up your workouts. What's in it is impressive. Lots of healthy training antioxidants and enough protein with enough sugar to help you recover from your training without pain (and protein allows you to build new muscles), B-12 for your energy boost and performance boost, folic acid, many vitamins, taurine. I could go on. This is NOT one of those useless drinks (which I've seen in abundance) that claim to do anything, but if you read the label there's nothing useful about it. Not only does it contain ingredients to help you train, but it also speeds up your recovery by helping you reduce your muscle soreness. I could go on and on about the ingredients but for me it's all about the results and I can honestly say CONFIDENTLY that when that box is gone, in my pantry right behind. That brings noticeable results for me. The NUMBER of ingredients is great, like 500% of your body's need for B-12, which is what you need for a better boost (and all of this is good, not bad if you have extra B-12). There are 20 sachets that I mix with water and start drinking 5-15 minutes before a workout. I personally drink it whenever I'm on a treadmill, but if I go for a run or lift weights and don't bring a bottle, I just drink everything beforehand as directed. treat when it works. The Love.Booster formula provided by MenScienceReview is my unbiased opinion.
