Received damaged item.
The item was damaged. It had a bent frame and some plastic splinters. In addition, a female installation box was missing. However, I was able to install it. It took my installer four hours to install and mask most of the defects. We had to drill through a drum screw to account for the lack of an outlet. Instead of sending it back, I applied to the seller for a partial credit. To date there has been no reply from them.
