Need help. in desktops
My son will only be using this computer for gaming. However; We cannot change the settings because the Windows program is not activated. The QA check sheet that came with the package says Windows is activated, but the computer tells me it needs to be installed. We were looking for a key to activate the windows program but couldn't find it in the package. Please contact me to discuss this information. Many Thanks.
