I like that you can have multiple users with different permissions for each role or position in your organization as well as be able to track performance of employees through an internal system (Topdog).
It's difficult finding information about new features since they don't provide any user documentation regarding their software which is very frustrating when trying something completely unique! Be prepared because there are some things where we had no choice but learn how everything works from scratch rather than just picking what someone else has done before us - so this was not necessarily our fault though sometimes learning by trial & error makes sense too if nothing exists yet either way its hard work getting used to using such complex programs without clear instructions/helpful tutorials available online anywhere really!! For example; creating reports via Excel wasn’t immediately intuitive at first until after doing research elsewhere found helpful resources etc., now however having created several other jobs within top dog i am still working my own ways around these issues all.
