Top Dog HR - Fantastic platform for searching for candidates using keywords

The ability for employers/recruiters who use this software as their main means of hiring or finding talent - I love how simple yet powerful they are when searching through resumes using keywords! As an employer myself with about 100 employees currently in our organization; we've found that having only 1 platform (Top Dog HR) does wonders compared other platforms such us LinkedIn Recruiter which is very pricey per month while also requiring too much overhead by managing multiple accounts at once

  • Very easy way yo get applicants
  • Easy navigation throughout program itself
  • Customer support helpful, quick response times + prompt replies !!!! = Highly recommend it especially considering cost factor :DVery affordable pricing plan available
  • User Friendliness easy enough t learn without extensive training requirements ; highly recommended

  • Somewhat difficult learning curve due lackluster tutorials

An intuitive human resource application

It's very user friendly and has a lot of customization options. The team is extremely responsive and helpful! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an HR solution that is cost-effective and simple to use! Nothing! This software was designed with our needs in mind. The features we need are all there, but some of them could be more detailed. For example, it could have more detail about employee training and development opportunities. Not always easy, challenging and time consuming

I like that you can have multiple users with different permissions for each role or position in your organization as well as be able to track performance of employees through an internal system (Topdog). It's difficult finding information about new features since they don't provide any user documentation regarding their software which is very frustrating when trying something completely unique! Be prepared because there are some things where we had no choice but learn how everything works from

Excellent platform which seamlessly integrates into daily operations

I like how all of my HR tasks are in one place that's also intuitive (easy for me as an employee). They've been very responsive when communicating with us about our needs and expectations! There was nothing we disliked at this time, but we would love more integration between their product and other applications/websites - especially Slack and Zoom. Make sure you have someone who can help if there is any issue or question. The support team has always gotten back to us quickly and efficiently…

This made it easy even though sometimes work gets done late into evening hours.it doesn't matter which device they used because its ALL GOOD!!! :) Also having payroll built right within the system helps too ! No need anymore fumbling around trying find what info
