I like that this is integrated with my accounting software so all of our financial data comes in one place rather than having to go back-and forth between two different programs! The interface isn't as intuitive or user friendly if you are new at using supportone's services but it does improve over time once your trained up/on their system (which takes about 1 month). We use them primarily because we don’t have enough staff members who can dedicate themselves fulltimely towards running payrolls each week; they help us out when needed which has been more then satisfactory thus far!!
