Measure, make sure your fridge will fit and buy for your fridge manufacturer
Worked when I bought my van it didn't have a vent cap, it's a very easy replacement, screw on just unscrew a couple of Phillips screws, make sure you save. Remove the bezel with a razor blade or if you can remove the old silicone, put on the new bezel, line up the holes, tighten the screws and seat the cover up.
