I bought some Method Truck wheels from Discount Tire and the nuts they gave me were undersized and improperly filled in the cone seat of the bore on the wheel. I went to every auto parts store I could find and none of them had the right one. If they had something close by, they were usually pretty expensive. After all this research, I am convinced that what Discount Tire gave me was considered sports car tuning nuts. It's hard to describe the installation problem, but in fact these smaller nuts were only resting on about 1/3 of the conical surface of the hole in the wheel. It seemed like any strong side force could just snap them through the wheel. Anyway, in the end I was finally able to locate them and they were absolutely perfect!
