I bought this a while ago and although I replaced the handle straight away, unfortunately the locking cable is broken (you can order one of these as it's an almost similar replacement procedure ). I have ordered but the cable is not yet installed. The problem is when I had to install the cable I tried to get that metal handle to work but it didn't move properly. This meant I had to uninstall and figure out the problem. First, the tension is too strong and may break the plastic part, which is a Toyota technical problem. So invest another $3 in all metal and buy a locking cable. This saves you time because you don't have to do it all over again. Cheap plastic parts are no good. Don't buy, waste of time and money.
