Badly Defective Product
The only reason I bought this product over the Rubbermaid equivalent is because it is listed as holding 400lbs. The product collapsed with exactly 298 pounds of 3/8 inch anchor chain. .Rubbermaid's product held the same chain great but was a bit difficult to roll. This is a product with serious flaws.
