When I put on my first pair of Keen Portsmouth shoes 7 or 8 years ago, they fit so well and were so comfortable I knew right away that they are going to be the most comfortable pair i have ever had. I had the same experience with the second pair I bought 4 years ago. How frustrating it was trying on the Portsmouth II and realizing it didn't fit and the boot itself was incredibly uncomfortable, especially the heel counter on my ankle. I'm so sorry they changed the design and ruined the perfect shoe! It is with sadness that I have returned the Portsmouth II shoes.
