Does the job and makes me more confident at work.
This product has made my job much safer as it prevents slipping on the stairs. Issues: Rubber grips fail after moderate use, which shouldn't happen. Device configuration can be improved to prevent parts from coming loose. The stair rail hook is a bit small for my ladder which has slightly wide legs but will probably work well on most extension ladders.
