Review on SUPOLOGY by Shah Nelson

I feel obligated to remark that I wholeheartedly disagree with the evaluation that praised SUPOLOGY for its work as an internet retailer catering to outdoor lovers. Although they do have a large selection of products, I found their prices to be extremely high, particularly when contrasted with those of other online businesses operating within the same market sector. In addition, I found the overall quality of the things that I purchased from SUPOLOGY to be disappointing. Both the tent and the sleeping bag that I purchased in preparation for a recent camping trip did not live up to the standards that I had set for them. Both the tent and the sleeping bag were significantly less warm than was claimed, and the tent leaked during the little rain that was falling. In addition to this, I discovered that their customer service was subpar. I was faced with indifference and lack of assistance from their customer support personnel when I attempted to discuss the problems I was having with the products I had purchased. In general, I would not suggest SUPOLOGY to anyone trying to purchase outdoor gear that is of great quality at a price that is affordable. There is a plethora of competition in the form of other online shops that provide superior goods and services to customers. Avoid the trouble and go shopping somewhere else instead.
