I am someone who is passionate about all things related to the environment. Having said that, I have to confess that after giving them a shot, I was extremely let down by them. I attempted to contact them regarding the low quality of their products, but they did not respond to my inquiry and were of no assistance. The process of getting a refund or an exchange was quite difficult. On top of everything else, their delivery was extremely sluggish, and the things that were shipped out came in a poor state. It is abundantly evident that they do not pay a great deal of attention to the minor particulars, such as utilizing appropriate packaging materials. In conclusion, I am unable to suggest HIG to anyone looking for home and kitchen products of a high quality, let alone ones that are environmentally friendly. Even while they do provide environmentally friendly solutions, the quality of their products as well as their customer service leaves much to be desired. Look elsewhere for a firm that sells eco-friendly furnishings and decorations for the home. Believe me, both your bank account and your sanity will be grateful to you in the long run.
