Review on 🧽 Keurig B01MXFTW88 2.0 Needle Cleaner Tool, Orange, K-Cup compatible by Matthew Owens

This is probably a great article and probably does the job. but it arrived in a very flexible package so the inner transparent bulb wasn't installed properly and I didn't know. The included instructions mentioned inserting the pod correctly, but never mentioned an internal lightbulb. So I put it in the car and couldn't get the handle back up. I nudged it, nudged it, and googled the solution. (I thought I saw someone in the comments mentioning being stuck in their Keurig, but I could never find that comment again.) The next step was to re-read the instructions, which included a link for support. This link only led to an error message. Then I found the Keurig website which had no help on this issue. I tried to find an answer in their online chat but no matter how I phrased it, there were no replies. Then I called Kerig. The person I spoke to had no idea how to get the capsule out. His only advice was that my discontinued machine is clearly broken, but he could offer me 20% off a new machine (Great deal! Their website landing page offers 15% off, so an extra 5% is a real treat for 12+ years ) . buyer). I told him I had some slack with the handle so should I try to force it open? He said no as I can break it. I told him if he told me he was already broken, what have I got to lose? He tried to seduce me with 20% but I told him I would think about it. After spending another day learning new Keurigs, I went to my Keurig with a flashlight and chopsticks. I turned it on its side and squeezed just enough to pull the clear bulb out from under the needle and the capsule popped out! Hopefully my Keurig is working fine now, but I don't know if I have the courage to try the maintenance accessory again. !
