I received this item as used! The instruction manual is disgustingly dirty, the product itself looks used and dirty! This is not from shipping and handling! Dirty isn't just a plastic bag that can be explained. But EVERYTHING was dirty. This MUST be used. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of my time and money!

This is the exact same needle cleaner that came with your 2.0 Keurig. I had absolutely no intention of paying that much for something that was supposed to cost as much as this. And it's usually free with your Keurig 2.0 coffee maker (unfortunately my brewer wasn't there). I'm not sure. which means "kkk" in the display. I do not care. It works, end of story. Keeps needles functional.

Keurig Saver! I thought I would have to return the Keurig 2.0 I bought at the hardware store but the needle just needed cleaning. I'll say I'm not a fan of the automated things Keurig did with the 2.0 series, but this needle cleaning tool saved the day. It was supposed to come with my Keurig but I don't remember seeing it in the box. In any case, if you get a message that you cannot make coffee, try this needle cleaner and it might fix the problem.

This little tool is easy to use but ineffective for removing the needle from stuck coffee grounds. When I first used it, I was able to brew about five cups of coffee before the needle clogged again. The second time I went through the steps twice and got a cup of coffee. The third time, I used the device multiple times and never got Keurig to brew a cup of coffee. What a waste. I ended up buying a new Keurig for only $179. When this is over, I think I'll go back to Mr. Coffee.

I have a Keurig Series 5; Sometimes the needle that pierces the top of the pod gets clogged with coffee grounds. The weird looking NEEDLE CLEANER is the only way I've found to remove these blockages. My original cleaning tool was lost and I've been without Keurig coffee for days! Have tried various substitutions with no success. I figured that putting a glass of clean water on after each cup of coffee would help keep the needle from washing out, but that didn't happen. An attempt to counterfeit

This is probably a great article and probably does the job. but it arrived in a very flexible package so the inner transparent bulb wasn't installed properly and I didn't know. The included instructions mentioned inserting the pod correctly, but never mentioned an internal lightbulb. So I put it in the car and couldn't get the handle back up. I nudged it, nudged it, and googled the solution. (I thought I saw someone in the comments mentioning being stuck in their Keurig, but I could never find…
