Judging by the photos the price is a bit high. I was expecting cheap hard plastic but when it arrived I was surprised to find it actually has the weight and is made of metal. Easy to apply, simply stick the supplied round sticker to the back of the cover and peel off the backing to reveal the adhesive that adheres to the area around the car's starter motor. Some people complain that the glue is not strong enough. I haven't had this problem. Perhaps it depends on how much was spent on each unit sold, or old units deteriorating over time. I found the glue had a strong hold. I even made a mistake and misaligned the cover. I took it off, adjusted it to my liking and haven't had any issues with it since. still hold on A nice little added bonus is that the Autobot icon has holes where the eyes should be. When the autostarter lights up, the icon appears to have glowing white or red eyes, which looks especially good at night.
