It's not so bad on my review.
I have used this on sporty style tagheur watch. It was very easy to set up since it comes with everything you need to attach it to your watch. The only thing is it is very inconvenient to put on due to the way we have to slide in the corresponding band through the other one. Then when we click it into place, sometimes it deattaches itself which can lead to it coming off. I wouldn't trust it for any sporty or physical activities but it has been good so far for daily wear that doesn't require anything physically strenuous
