Review on Keyless2Go Replacement LaCrosse 15252034 KOBGT04A by Bob Maldonado

Let me start by saying that this review is only for the customer service and NOT for the product (since I haven't been able to use it). I ordered these for my 2009 Chevy Malibu Hybrid because my old key fob stopped working. I took it to my local mechanic and he said he couldn't program them because they were for a "hybrid" model and he didn't have that kind of gear. I decided to speak to the folks at Keyless2GO to find out what my next step would be. I called customer service at the number listed on the box (picture included). No one ever answered this phone no matter what time of day I called. I left several voice messages asking for a call back for help with my issue but never received a reply. After a while I got tired of calling with no answer so this review is overdue.
