I got these in April 2021 and ended up with a project that required me to use a 3/8 cork cutter. First, the runout was terrible and it wobbled noticeably in the drill press. Yes, I know how to operate a drill and have checked runout on mine. After several attempts to break the forks out of the circle I finally had two to use. After drilling a 3/8 inch diameter hole, the plugs in the hole were unplugged. I thought maybe I used the cutter wrong so I tried again and it apparently started burning the wood after it went blunt after 6 tries in pine. I got my $4.00 connector cutters from Harbor Freight and got perfect 3/8 inch connectors. Drilled a few 3/8" holes and with a light tap they went in and filled the hole well. It's junk. Don't buy.
