This product is already working. I had two problems at the beginning. 1) One end of the cable has not been blocked. I attached it with some super glue. 2) Had to use a voltmeter to make sure it was properly connected to the Raspberry Pi. The direction of the button on the cable shows backwards because the cable sticks out over the breadboard and over the Pi. Inside the box was a card offering a discount on a future order provided by an objective review. I contacted them to get a discount code and they told me they only leave positive reviews. For them, open-mindedness = positive. Me when your product has issues and I tell others in my review that it is unbiased. This product is now in my trash because I don't have time to rebuild it to make it work properly. I won't buy anything from them again.
