My A/C has always had a funny cigar smell since I bought my used 2015 Nissan Altima in Summer 2018. Without completely removing the smell from the car, I realized it was time to change the cabin filter. This filter is obviously well built and fits my car very well and is also well priced compared to less efficient options on the market. It was fairly easy to install and completed the elimination of all lingering odors in the car. I believe that carbon also helps reduce incoming odors to some degree, although it can reduce them by 50-75% instead of 100%. I understand why some buyers feel that it didn't work out the way they expected because their expectations were too high. too high. Because of the price and performance, I intend to continue replacing the cabin air filter in my car with this item.
