Review on 🍽️ E-far Small Lasagna Pan: 10.6x8.3x3.2 Inches Stainless Steel Deep Baking Dish – Non-Toxic, Heavy Duty & Dishwasher Safe by James Naylor

This is a good heavy deep lasagne casserole dish. However, the finish is matte or satin, not glossy. We put it in the dishwasher after baking the lasagna for the first time because it says "dishwasher safe". That's true, but the "collar ring" where the top layer of cheese is baked on the sides had to be removed by hand after the rinse cycle was complete. I've never had a problem with dishes or burnt stuff, so I know it wasn't the dishwasher or detergent. The problem is a non-smooth, non-shiny finish that seems to want to hold onto something. Although this is marked as "stainless steel" note that it is not "stainless steel". Despite my best efforts, I can see specks of cheese around the top of the lasagna.
