Love, LOVE < LOVE. These pans exceeded my expectations.

OK so easy to clean up even after cooking cheese lasagne in the same pot and a ravioli casserole with layers of cheese. These pans are way better than any nonstick pan I've used in the past. They even outperform my ceramic pots and Pyrex pans. I highly recommend this pan as a staple in the homes of seasoned cooks and as a bachelorette party gift for a new bride. Oh yeah.

Good, durable pans. for crockery

Durable metal. Well designed. Continuous. The rim is rolled. No sharp edges. Stamp "Stainless Steel" on the bottom. Small streaks on the metal but that's not a problem. The dimensions in the description are correct. Perfect size for lasagna noodles (lengthways). like depth. I also like the almost vertical sides and gentle angles. Would love to see a larger pan with the same depth, but would also like these smaller pans to be sold in pairs. Easy to stow away. Ideal for preparing double portions.

Not fully dishwasher safe

This is a good heavy deep lasagne casserole dish. However, the finish is matte or satin, not glossy. We put it in the dishwasher after baking the lasagna for the first time because it says "dishwasher safe". That's true, but the "collar ring" where the top layer of cheese is baked on the sides had to be removed by hand after the rinse cycle was complete. I've never had a problem with dishes or burnt stuff, so I know it wasn't the dishwasher or detergent. The problem is a non-smooth, non-shiny…
