I have had them on a 2009 Toyota Camry for almost two years (22 months). Has held up ever since. Installation was easy, although it's best to watch youtube videos for instructions for your specific make and model. At first I remember it being quite stiff, but over time it softens a bit, making it smooth and allowing the hood to be raised or lowered easily. I think they replaced the original jacks on the car. I hope it lasts the same if not longer.
