The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment
The new camera of this model had a dirty matrix. I discovered this already after the period when it was possible to return the camera back to the store. I contacted SONY customer service. They unsubscribe with general phrases that this situation is not a warranty case. Disappointed in the camera and in the company as a whole.
