Review on 🖊️ Perfecting Precision: Unveiling the Blackwing Long Point Sharpener by Angela Rodriguez

When I first recorded this product and tried to use it, I was a bit frustrated. The first sharpening step seemed to work fine. But when I started running my pencil through the second fine point step, I couldn't get the graphite to sharpen without breaking it somewhere in the process. I used a black winged palomino and burned a good quarter of it before overcoming my frustration of thinking it just couldn't be right. It's a simple device and it's got great reviews. Why didn't it work? So I sat down and started diagnosing the cause of this problem. I have found that the blade adjustment screw is very sensitive. In this case it was too loose, and the blade couldn't make contact with the graphite without excessive pressure, causing it to simply break. A few quick turns on the set screw and viola! Amazing pencil sharpener that I expected. I later learned that tightening this set screw is very delicate. Too loose and your graphics won't be sharp. Too tight and it will sharpen wood bodies as well as graphite like a regular sharpener. I have to watch out for that sneaky screw ;) otherwise this sharpener is really great
