Ordered this BC. Clenched teeth all night. I've had some TMJ problems in the past and my dentist wanted me to spend thousands on a professional mouthguard and braces even though I had braces as a kid. A few years later, I've had increasing problems with migraines, and they almost always start with a mild headache and stiff neck when I wake up. So I decided to try them to see if they helped and if the compression caused a headache. I went from 2-4 headache days a week to 4-5 headache-free weeks to some extra stressful days at work. Putting the mouthguard on was very easy. I tried using just my fingers to shape the front and back and keep the bottom flat because I needed thickness between the teeth. I also trimmed the front so it was about level with my teeth because these things are pretty bulky to begin with and it wouldn't be half as good if they were trimmed. Personally, I don't plan on this being a permanent solution for me, but it was a quick, cheap, and easy way to get answers and know how to proceed.
