I bought a size down (I wanted a tighter one) and it fits me perfectly. I'm a size 12. I'm 195 pounds and 5 feet 4 inches. These are short shorts for boys but what I wanted. They reach to the top of my ribs, but they can be pulled down a bit without looking bad.
