The product is easy to use, it allows you create your own rules for users that are creating groups in one place instead of having them do so separately (which can be time consuming). It was not as intuitive or user friendly as other platforms we have used previously. We also had trouble finding out what exactly our data could tell us about customers behavior which made sense when they explained how their platform works but at times seemed vague/unclear. Try using this software if you want something simple yet powerful where you don't need any training from an IT team member. You get all the benefits without worrying too much about setting up everything yourself - just give it some try! We wanted to track customer's shopping patterns across various channels such as e-commerce sites, physical stores etc., This way we were able to identify trends regarding products purchased by particular types of shoppers who shopped frequently through different channels.
