I like that it is easy to create my own rewards program, as well as being able to track customer purchases/retention rates in real time! The interface could use some work (it's very outdated). It also doesn't have an API so you can integrate your system directly into yours - but this isn't necessarily bad because we are using data from our CRM anyway for other functions of ours which does give us access to all relevant information about customers at any given point during their purchase…
