Review on 11Ants Retail Analytics Platform by Michael Crossman

We have used Ant Labs products for over 8 years now, so they've been around long enough to know what works best in their platforms! They are always evolving & improving upon existing features/functionality as well introducing new ones that makes our lives easier when managing campaigns or analyzing data from all of your apps (Shopify / Shopmatic).

Their customer support is also top notch - very responsive team who's willing do anything possible just because you're using an ant product :-D No dislikes at this time but I can imagine some people might not like certain aspects about it such us maybe dislike UI design etc., however we don't use any other analytics tools than ANTLabs currently which means no comparison bias here ;-) As mentioned above there were few improvements introduced within last year regarding Dashboards functionality e g ability see multiple dash boards together instead only one dashboard per app was available back then before latest release 1 month ago.
