this works fine i think if you just want to stream your game on your computer and play it on your tv. It is not ideal to use it for playing games using the computer as a screen. at 1080p it looks noisy and the framerate fluctuates everywhere, it's a bit more stable when you set it to 720p. but it also has a lot of lag which makes playing here very annoying. What do you expect from a cheap card I think
